Lovely oasis in industrial zone, beautiful gardens, excellent pools, helpful staff, minibus service.
Nothing to dislike.

Everyone knew George Clooney
Lots of big tour groups took away from the serenity of the facilities. Computer in the lobby had really really slow wireless connection making it impossible to upload photos to my website.

We stayed for four nights in Sulmona to see Abruzzo’s area and used this hotel as a basis for dining and sleeping. The location is excellent, from Sulmona we could reach all interesting places in the area. The hotel reminded us of the best tradition of old inns. Our room was big and comfortable, garden is beautiful and very well kept, views from our veranda were beautiful, nights were very quiet, restaurant serves truly home-made food. The staff is incredibly nice and professional. We had a wonderful stay and this hotel was part of it.
Such a nice hotel should serve a better breakfast, choice was very limited in some items, specially bread. Our room would benefit from some updating in comfort and better lightening.

I had a fantastic stay at this 4-star hotel. The location, despite being in an industrial area a few kilometers outside of Sulmona, was surprisingly peaceful and serene. The hotel is like an oasis amidst the dry Italian summers, with beautiful gardens surrounding the property. I particularly loved the two pools - one for laps and another for playtime or simply lounging in the sun. The staff here were absolutely amazing, always accommodating and friendly. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.
I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The food was amazing and the service was impeccable. The staff members were friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. We also enjoyed the location of the hotel, as it was very easy to access main roads and travel throughout the region. the hotel had a beautiful pool and gardens, making our stay even more enjoyable.
The location. It was a bit away from the town center, and the surrounding area was somewhat industrial.

Hotel staff very warm, friendly and helpful. Rooms and bathrooms are clean and comfortable. Location is excellent if you have a car to take you into Sulmona. The pool is clean and the pool area is charming with green, and flowers. Breakfast is good but staff make excellent omelettes to order and great cappuccino making breakfast much better. Best value for money in the Sulmona area.
The air conditioning in our room did not really cool the rooms, just the blower re-circulated the air. On hot days and nights it's a real problem.

We had a superior room looking out over the garden. The room was large en well equipped. The location of the hotel is very central, excellent for visiting the three major parks in Abruzzo.
The restaurant was used a lot for functions, very big and not cosy. We went out to eat every night, but you need a car to do this. Sulmona is 4 km away, but there and in the countryside there are a lot of very nice restaurants.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel on the outskirts of the city. Despite being a bit far from the city center, it was a quiet and lovely location. The hotel facilities were excellent and well-maintained. We especially liked the two swimming pools available for guests. The staff were very helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome right away. Additionally, we appreciated the spacious parking area and the possibility of using a free shuttle.
Hard to think of anything.

Everything was satisfactory. We stayed just for 1 night.
You can't reach Sulmona by foot. But it's just 5 minutes' driving.

Staff helpful, especially with shuttle service to center; pool is great with mountains in view; breakfast very good.
Location is way out of town in warehouse area [ ok unless you go for walk] although hotel grounds themselves are lovely once there; great spot if you can't find a spot in central Sulmona. Sister hotel in town should be tried first.

This hotel location is perfect for those wanting to explore the Abruzzo region, nestled between three national parks. Though far away from the city, the peaceful and serene environment is perfect for relaxation. the rooms are huge, comfy, and spotlessly clean. the staff is always helpful, and the pool and garden area is well-maintained and delightful. the cherry on top is the extensive breakfast buffet featuring home-made treats.
The hotel is quite far from the city center, making it a little difficult to access without a car.

the hotel advertised a pool, yet the pool area was rented out to private parties everyday we were there ...so no access for the kids to the pool after 4pm all days

Great location for business travel. the staff were friendly and offered helpful suggestions on nearby restaurants. the breakfast buffet had a good variety of options.
The hotel was a bit out of the way and took longer than expected to get to my business meetings. the gym and pool were closed for maintenance, which was disappointing after a long day of work.

the room was clean and quiet, and the staff were helpful, the use of a computer in reception was useful
dinner was poor, typical "large hotel" meal
